  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Pre-Order Items: Estimated dispatch times for pre-order items are specified on each product page.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Available on selected products and promotional offers. This service applies to Metropolitan areas only. Regional and remote locations may incur additional shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Partners: We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery.

Local Delivery & Pickup

  • Local Delivery: Available within the Perth metropolitan area. 
  • In-Store Pickup: Free pickup is available from our Perth showroom in Wangara. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

All artwork is made to order.  Once payment has been processed, Interior Ave will endeavour to ship within 2-3 business days after the production time listed below.
